A highly regarded boutique law firm in Central London is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its specialist property and finance practice.
Recognised for delivering partner-led advice and exceptional client service, the firm acts for a sophisticated client base including lenders, investors, developers, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and corporate borrowers.
The team advises on a broad range of real estate finance matters, often involving complex and high-value transactions across the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.
The Role
The successful candidate will advise on a varied caseload of real estate finance matters, including:
- Acting for both lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions.
- Advising on investment, acquisition and development finance matters.
- Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents and related transaction documentation.
- Undertaking property due diligence and advising on title, leasehold and asset management issues.
- Working closely with clients, lenders, brokers and other professional advisers throughout transactions.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years' PQE.
- Strong real estate finance experience gained within a recognised private practice environment.
- Experience acting for lenders, borrowers or both on a range of secured lending matters.
- Excellent technical ability, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Confident managing matters independently while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
- A proactive and personable approach, with a desire to contribute to a close-knit and growing team.
