The Role
An experienced Solicitor is sought to join a growing Professional Negligence team in Central London.
This is a senior position requiring at least 8 years' post-qualification experience in professional negligence litigation. The role involves managing a sophisticated caseload of high-value disputes and contributing to strategically significant and group litigation matters.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload of professional negligence claims from instruction to resolution
• Act for and advise on claims involving solicitors, accountants, surveyors and other professionals
• Lead on litigation strategy, settlement discussions and client advice
• Work closely with senior lawyers on high-value and strategic matters
• Contribute to group and multi-party litigation work
• Support development of the wider practice area

Candidate Requirements

• 8 years + PQE
• Strong professional negligence/professional indemnity experience (essential)
• Experience on either claimant or defendant side welcomed
• Confident handling complex, high-value matters independently
• Strong technical ability and commercial approach
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
