Family Law Paralegal, Bristol
 
I'm partnering with a well-established national firm who have set up in Bristol and who now need to appoint a Paralegal / Legal Assistant into their Private Family Law department.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate with prior family law experience to join a busy and supportive team, with strong exposure to privately funded matters.

The successful candidate will support fee earners across a full caseload of family matters, including:

Divorce and matrimonial work
Financial remedies
Child arrangements
Consent orders
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

In this role you'll provide support to fee earners, manage files, prepare bundles for court, draft documents and liaise with clients.
 
You'll possess strong organisational skills and IT Skills and you will be thoroughly motivated by Family Law and all its' sensitivities.

Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
Someone comfortable handling sensitive matters and working with vulnerable clients
