A highly regarded Legal 500-ranked London law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its established and growing Private Wealth Disputes team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer looking to work on high-value, complex and often high-profile inheritance and trust disputes alongside recognised specialists in the field.
The Role
You will manage a varied and sophisticated caseload including:
- Inheritance Act 1975 claims
- Challenges to the validity of wills
- Testamentary capacity disputes
- Undue influence and fraud claims
- Executor and trustee disputes
- Trust litigation
- Proprietary estoppel claims
- Court of Protection-related disputes
- Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with ideally 6+ years' PQE
- Have substantial experience handling contentious probate and trust disputes
- ACTAPS and/or STEP qualified
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
- Be confident managing complex matters with minimal supervision
- Have a proven track record of business development and networking
