An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a respected and long-established law firm in Birmingham. This role offers a clear pathway to a Directorship position within the next 18 months, making it ideal for an ambitious private client lawyer looking to take the next step in their career.
 
The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, advising clients on a range of matters including:

• Drafting and reviewing Wills and related legal documents
• Probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Providing professional, empathetic, and practical advice tailored to clients' individual needs

About You
To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status
• A minimum of 5 years' PQE within Private Client law
• Strong technical expertise across Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration
• The ability to independently manage a diverse caseload
• Excellent client care and communication skills
