The Opportunity:
If you are a Personal Injury Fee Earner with litigation experience, this is your chance to fully retrain into Clinical Negligence. Our client is offering a rare transition route for a fee earner looking move into Clinical Negligence.
The Role:
Working closely with a Partner, you will assist on complex legal matters while maintaining your own caseload. To support your transition, the firm provides a dedicated training program designed to give you everything you need to succeed as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor/CILEX.
What you will be handling:
- High-Value Caseload: Manage a varied caseload of 30-40 files, with values typically ranging between £500,000 and £750,000.
- Complex Litigation: Benefit from exposure to high-complexity birth injury cases with values exceeding £1 million.
- Business Development: There is absolutely no requirement for business development in this role. However, if you are keen to build your personal profile or grow the practice, there is plenty of opportunities to get involved alongside their Partners.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years PQE in Personal Injury.
- A desire to work on complex, high-value litigation within Clinical Negligence.
- Salary range is £48,000 to £58,000
