This is a superb opportunity for a qualified solicitor or legal executive to stand out and become the main point of contact for the department.
This is a conveyancing role in a national firm who have recently expanded into the Bristol market and are looking to firm up their presence.
It's a full time vacancy, office based ideally but can be hybrid - but not totally remote because you'd need to assist the legal assistant working with you.
The department traditionally has taken their work from word of mouth, from recommendations and from referrals coming across form their Private Client team. Someone coming in is expected to firm up relationships with local estate agents and referrers and would get a budget to promote the firm.
Competitive salary based on experience and you will be working alongside a conveyancing legal assistant. There is also currently a commercial conveyancer , 2 fee earners and assistant in private client and 2 in litigation. So a close knit perfectly formed team.
20 days holiday with 8 bank holidays and in addition the office is closed between Christmas and New Year which is not taken from annual leave. So ends up 23-24 days holiday per year.
This would someone who would wish to be the main point of contact in a team and perhaps the route to progression is closed where you are.
Application from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area or to be able to commute to the North side of Bristol, near the M4 and M5 motorways.
