This is a an opportunity to join a noted south west firm who have a strong presence for Litigation.
 
They are able to attract high quality and complex Litigation matters and also work hand in hand to ensure that a) they don't leave and b) they progress within he firm.
 
There are many examples of people coming in as legal assistant and moving on training contracts then progressing through the ranks of qualified staff. Something like 40% of the staff have been with the firm 20 years or more.

The Litigation team is very strong based in other office locations but you would be the main person for Bristol and they would be looking to build a team around you. So you will need to be self-sufficient and be able to work in these circumstances.
 
The team handles a diverse caseload including: * Commercial litigation * Commercial property litigation * Property disputes * Contentious trusts and probate * Construction disputes.
 
You should have upwards of 3 years PQE and be able to take on responsibility and participate in business development.
