Property Litigation Associate
London – £55,000 - £85,000
Senior Associate – Commercial Property Litigation (5–8 PQE) A highly regarded Legal 500 firm with an outstanding reputation across the Thames Valley, West London and wider South East market is looking to appoint a Senior Associate into its expanding Property Litigation team.

The team is looking for someone who can become a key part of the department’s continued growth, with the opportunity to take ownership of matters, develop client relationships, and play a visible role within the wider disputes practice.

- Commercial landlord & tenant disputes
- Lease renewals
- Forfeiture and possession claims
- Dilapidations
- Easements, covenants and boundary disputes
- Development-related disputes
- Property contract disputes
- Injunctive relief matters
- General contentious real estate matters

- 5+ years’ PQE within commercial property litigation
- Strong technical grounding in contentious real estate matters
- Experience handling matters with relative autonomy
- Excellent client communication skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing relationships
- A proactive and collaborative approach

The firm offers:
- High-quality Legal 500-level work
- Supportive and collaborative culture
- Strong work/life balance
- Hybrid working flexibility
- Clear progression opportunities
- Competitive salary and bonus structure
- Genuine autonomy and visibility within the team
