A well-regarded London law firm is seeking a Housing Associate to join its established and highly regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience in housing law to join a collaborative and client-focused practice offering high-quality work and genuine career progression.
The role is based in Central London with hybrid working available.

The Opportunity
You will manage a varied caseload of housing matters, working closely with clients and colleagues across the wider firm. Responsibilities will include advising clients on housing-related issues, drafting legal documentation, conducting legal research, and supporting proceedings where required.
The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and collegiate environment known for delivering excellent client service across both private client and commercial matters.

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience or strong knowledge of Housing Law
  • Strong drafting, legal research, and case management skills
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience within a legal or client-facing environment preferred
