A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded solicitor looking to work on high-quality matters within a supportive and progressive environment.

The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload with a high degree of autonomy, advising a diverse client base across a broad range of transactions.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property (freehold and leasehold)
• Acting for developers on site acquisitions, development projects, and onward disposals
• Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including agreements for lease
• Real estate finance and secured lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers
• Investment property work for portfolio clients
• Providing commercially focused and practical legal advice
• Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other professional advisers
• Maintaining excellent client service standards and developing strong client relationships
• Assisting with business development and wider departmental growth initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Minimum 5 years’ PQE with strong commercial property experience
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Experience acting for developers, investors, and/or lenders
• Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
