What You'll Be Doing
You will work across a varied corporate caseload, with a particular focus on:

- Supporting and leading on acquisitions and disposals, often acting for regional and national businesses.
- Advising on wider corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements and joint ventures.
- Working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions, while running your own deals where appropriate.
- Acting as a key contact for clients, helping to manage relationships and deliver pragmatic advice.
- Coordinating with colleagues across other departments to deliver a joined-up service on transactions.
- Contributing to client development activity, including maintaining existing relationships and supporting new opportunities.
What They're Looking For?
- 2-5 PQE with good grounding in corporate work from a recognised team.
- Confident handling elements of transactions independently.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in understanding clients' businesses, not just the legal work.
- A proactive approach - someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for direction.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage directly with clients.
