The Role
 
You'll be joining a growing employment team that advises a wide range of clients across commercial, health, education and public‑sector environments. The work is varied, interesting and offers plenty of scope to develop specialist expertise.
You'll work closely with senior lawyers in the Leeds team while also collaborating with colleagues across the wider national employment group.
 
What You'll Be Involved With

• Advising clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters
• Running and managing Employment Tribunal litigation
• Delivering training sessions and contributing to wider business development activity
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices

About You
 
You'll be a qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE and a genuine enthusiasm for employment law. Strong communication, drafting and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage your own workload and work well within a team.
 
Experience in any of the following would be a bonus (but not essential):

• Supporting corporate transactions from an employment perspective
• Advising large or complex employers
• Advocacy experience in tribunals or other forums
