A genuine leadership role with a clear mandate to build, backed by an international platform and an existing client base that needs more employment support. High-quality work, strong internal referrals and the freedom to shape something properly in Leeds.
  
You’ll be stepping into a visible position, leading on complex employment matters across a mix of corporate, commercial and international clients. The work spans strategic advisory, senior exits, investigations and high-value disputes, with plenty of scope to develop your own client relationships alongside what’s already there.
  
There’s support, cross-selling opportunities and a wider network that actively feeds work into the team. You’ll have the autonomy to grow the practice in your own style, without unnecessary constraints.
  
The platform itself is well-established globally, but you will be the first appointed Employment in Leeds. That creates a rare opportunity to build something meaningful with proper backing behind you.
