A well-established and growing multi-office law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to take on a Head of Litigation role within its expanding team.
 
This is a key leadership opportunity for a commercially minded litigator looking to take ownership of a department, drive growth, and play a central role in the firm's ongoing success.
 
The firm is known for delivering high-quality legal services across a broad client base, combining a client-focused approach with strong technical expertise and a supportive working environment.
 
The Role

• Leading and managing the litigation department
• Running a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters
• Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Driving departmental growth and contributing to overall firm strategy
• Overseeing financial performance, billing and KPIs

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with significant PQE (ideally 8+ years)
• Strong technical background across a broad range of litigation matters
• Experience managing or supervising a team
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a leadership team
• Existing following or referral network highly desirable
