An established and forward-thinking national law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a varied caseload while contributing to the continued expansion of a busy department.
 
The Role
 
You'll manage your own caseload and deliver high-quality legal services across a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Drafting and advising on Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Managing estate administration from instruction through to completion

You'll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, delivering clear and empathetic advice, and supporting business development initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload independently
• Maintain excellent client care and communication
• Meet financial targets and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Collaborate with colleagues and build external professional relationships
• Contribute to marketing and departmental growth

About You

• NQ+ Private Client Solicitor
• Proven ability to manage your own workload
• Strong technical knowledge across private client matters
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience with LEAP software (desirable, not essential)
• Proactive, client-focused, and commercially aware

Additional Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
