Following a record-breaking financial year, my client, a leading UK professional services business, is looking to recruit a Court of Protection Associate to join their growing Birmingham team, with opportunities across both Property & Affairs and Welfare.

The Role You will manage the financial affairs and/or welfare matters of individuals who lack capacity, while also playing an active role in strengthening client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

About You
- Ideally 4-8 years PQE (guideline only)
- Experience in Court of Protection work (Property & Affairs and/or Welfare)
- A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a forward-thinking, high-performing team
- Interest in building client relationships and contributing to growth
