Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive - Bury/Hybrid

A well-regarded and progressive law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team. Role Overview:

The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload, including:

• Drafting tailored, tax-efficient Wills for diverse client needs
• Advising on inheritance tax planning, asset protection, and trusts (including care fee planning and wealth preservation)
• Managing full estate administration, including complex inheritance tax matters
• Administering trusts in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 2+ years' PQE (more experienced candidates or those transitioning from another practice area will also be considered)
• Strong technical expertise in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Inheritance Tax planning
• Client-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage own caseload efficiently while collaborating with a supportive team
• Commercially aware and proactive, with enthusiasm to contribute to departmental growth
