The team acts for an impressive client base including institutional investors, government bodies, developers, banks, occupiers and charities, offering exposure to a broad and varied workload.

The Role

You will work as part of a collaborative and well-resourced team on a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Retail and commercial leasing
• Mixed-use development projects
• Due diligence and transactional support on high-value deals

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters while also supporting senior lawyers on more complex transactions, gaining exposure to high-profile work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor (ideally from a strong regional or national firm)
• Broad real estate experience across acquisitions, leasing and development
• Commercially minded with strong technical ability
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
• Team-oriented, proactive and keen to develop your career
