Catastrophic Injury Team Leader (Remote based role)Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes in complex, high-value personal injury cases? My client is a national, Legal 500 firm who is going through a period of expansion and growth. As a result they are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join their Catastrophic Injury division and play a key role in shaping the success of the business and their clients. This role can be hybrid or fully remote.
About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Fee Earners handling catastrophic injury claims, including cases involving serious brain injury, spinal injury, and life-changing trauma. You will drive performance, ensure technical excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of fee earners to achieve high performance and quality standards
- Oversee complex catastrophic injury cases, providing technical guidance and support
- Monitor and manage team KPIs, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded
- Promote a client-centric approach, ensuring outstanding service delivery at every stage
- Identify training needs and support professional development within the team
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements within the department
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with right to litigate with over 8+ Years PQE.
- Proven experience in personal injury law, with strong exposure to catastrophic injury cases valued over £3m
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to mentor and develop others
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven with a proactive and solution-focused mindset

- Salary £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, aligned with experience and seniority
