The Opportunity

This is a senior-level role within a respected Business Recovery and Insolvency team, offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-value advisory matters. The focus will primarily be on non-contentious insolvency and restructuring work, supporting a broad client base through financially sensitive and time-critical situations.

The Role

• Advising on a wide range of business recovery and insolvency matters
• Providing strategic guidance to directors, companies, lenders and insolvency practitioners
• Supporting on restructuring, distressed transactions, and insolvency processes
• Managing client relationships and delivering clear, commercially focused advice
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
• Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the practice

About You

• Qualified solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE in Business Recovery / Insolvency
• Strong technical expertise with a commercial and pragmatic approach
• Experience advising clients in financially distressed situations
• Confident managing complex matters independently
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• A collaborative approach with an interest in mentoring and team development
