Clinical Negligence Associate (4 - 8 PQE) - Nottingham - £65,000 DOE + Bonus

This role gives you high-value clinical negligence work, proper support, and a clear path forward, so you can build your expertise alongside a healthy work-life balance.
 
You'll join a national firm where junior solicitors aren't left to figure things out alone. Instead, you'll handle complex cases with hands-on guidance, realistic expectations, and the infrastructure to help you succeed.
Your caseload will handling files up to 500k in your own name. You will also assist Partners and other Senior Solicitors with their high value multi million £ files, so when the time comes, you will have the experience to manage these types of files in your own name.

• You'll work on complex, career-defining cases (including cerebral palsy, fatal and neonatal claims), so you can accelerate your development early
• You won't be buried in admin, because dedicated paralegals and support teams handle it, you will focus on being a Solicitor
• You'll have flexibility in how you hit your targets, so if you enjoy business development or mentoring, your workload can reflect that. Everyone hits their billable targets
• You'll get consistent exposure to high-quality work
• You'll be in the office just 2 days a week
• You'll know how to progress from day one, with clear expectations and support to help you get there
