This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to work closely with senior partners and a small team of associates on a wide range of commercial property matters.The Role
- Assist on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and property management
- Provide support to the construction team on selected projects
- Work closely with two senior partners
- Develop strong client relationships and contribute to high-quality legal advice
- 2–4 years PQE, ideally with experience in commercial property law
- Technically strong and confident in drafting and negotiation
- Eager to learn and develop under the guidance of senior partners
- Team-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded
- Ambitious and keen to grow their career within a supportive, leading regional firm
