What You'll Be Doing
You'll be right at the heart of major M&A, Private Equity, and ECM transactions.

- Draft, review, and negotiate core transactional documents across M&A, PE, and ECM.
- Run transactions from instruction through to closing - including multi‑jurisdictional work with serious complexity.
- Build and maintain deep client relationships, providing commercial, solutions-led advice.
- Offer post‑completion support, helping clients navigate ongoing legal and operational needs.
- Take on visible responsibility: leading key workstreams and driving the growth of the corporate practice.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to client targeting and growth initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor trainees and paralegals - shaping the next generation of the team.
You're an experienced Associate with 3+ years' PQE and a track record of high-quality transactional work. More importantly, you're someone who:
- Works brilliantly in a team, but isn't afraid to take initiative when the stakes are high.
- Is commercially sharp, curious, and committed to producing exceptional work every time.
