EL/PL Solicitor

Manchester – £40,000 - £50,000

Embark on an exciting journey with a leading Defendant law firm in Manchester as an EL/PL Solicitor.

My client is seeking a Qualified Solicitor to work as part of their Casualty team. You'll be at the forefront of defending public liability (PL), employers' liability (EL), and product liability claims, working with both private and public sector clients. Join a team at the forefront of defendant litigation services and make your mark in this varied and challenging role.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proactive and forward-thinking mindset, with a willingness to adapt to different tasks
• Excellent IT skills, written and communication abilities, and attention to detail
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
• Proven technical ability and knowledge of CPR procedure
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and under supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Solicitor
• Demonstrated expertise in EL/PL/ Occupational Stress claims
• Defendant experience preferred however those with strong, relevant claimant backgrounds will also be considered
