Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm where quality of service takes priority over volume? I'm seeking a talented conveyancing professional to join a well-established North Yorkshire team.

The Role:

You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you’ll enjoy a non-volume, client-focused workload, enabling you to deliver the highest standards of service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Maintaining accurate file management and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to the team’s continued success
About You:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes
