A highly regarded and well-established law firm in the heart of York is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor (minimum 2 years’ PQE) to join its successful and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected practice known for its outstanding client service, strong local reputation, and high-quality workload. The firm acts for an impressive and loyal client base, offering complex and rewarding work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax planning

You will have the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships and contribute to the continued growth and success of the department:-

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Private Client work
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• A proactive and team-oriented approach

STEP qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous but is not essential.
