A high-growth, nationally recognised corporate practice is seeking an ambitious Equity Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding ECM team.This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer who thrives on transactional work and is seeking genuine progression within a dynamic and supportive environment.
The Opportunity
You will advise corporates, investment banks, brokers and major shareholders on a broad range of capital markets matters, including:
- IPOs (AIM and Main Market)
- Equity subscriptions and placings
- Rights issues
- Private placements
- Public M&A
- Corporate governance advisory
- Primary and secondary offerings on UK and international exchanges
You will be encouraged to take ownership of transactions while working closely with experienced partners on more sophisticated matters.
