An urgent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded regional law firm in Stafford. Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, or experienced Conveyancers seeking to develop their careers within a supportive and progressive environment. The salary on offer starts from £30,000, depending on experience.
You will be joining a growing, specialist property department within a well-established firm that delivers a high-quality legal service to a diverse client base, including high street and high-net-worth individuals.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months' experience managing a varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold matters, as well as sales and purchases from instruction through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer looking to step away from a high-volume caseload and adopt a more client-focused approach, with the added benefit of up to two days' home working per week. Shortlisting now!
