This opportunity sits within a growing, specialist property department known for providing high-quality legal services to a broad client base, ranging from local high-street clients to high-net-worth individuals.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience handling a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion. Files will include sales, purchases, transfer of equity, shared ownership, and leasehold matters.
