Private Client Solicitor – Remote (Occasional Travel to Lincoln)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm. This role offers the benefit of remote working, with only two visits per year required to the head office in Lincoln, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life while delivering exceptional legal services to private clients.

Role Overview:

You’ll advise and support a growing portfolio of valued clients on a wide range of private client matters, ensuring high-quality, tailored legal guidance. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, while maintaining excellent client relationships and staying ahead of legislative developments in the sector.

Preferred Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in private client law (wills, trusts & probate focus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident handling complex legal issues with attention to detail
• Proactive approach to continued professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
• Demonstrable expertise in wills, trusts and probate
