The Role
  • Lead procurement disputes from initial advice through to resolution or litigation
  • Advise on matters under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023
  • Manage a varied caseload while mentoring junior colleagues
  • Deliver client training and support on the evolving procurement landscape
  • Option to support business development and non-contentious procurement work
About You
  • Qualified solicitor with experience in procurement disputes
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedure and the CPR
  • Experience advising regulated/public sector clients
  • Commercial, confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
