- Lead procurement disputes from initial advice through to resolution or litigation
- Advise on matters under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023
- Manage a varied caseload while mentoring junior colleagues
- Deliver client training and support on the evolving procurement landscape
- Option to support business development and non-contentious procurement work
- Qualified solicitor with experience in procurement disputes
- Strong understanding of litigation procedure and the CPR
- Experience advising regulated/public sector clients
- Commercial, confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Genuine flexibility – Birmingham HQ city-centre office
