My client is a well known regional firm with a friendly team and solid reputation across clients and amongst their staff.
 
You should be motivated by taking on a mixed caseload of Litigation matters and with your own solid grounding in general Civil Litigation you should be entirely comfortable handling all types of cases.
 
Matters coming into the team include  - commercial and civil litigation, professional negligence, landlord and tenant maters, employment law settlement agreements , property tribunal work personal and commercial debt recovery work and much more. You will have the choice of which work you wish to pick up and you'll benefit from working alongside noted fee earners.
 
You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be happy to work in a collegiate team environment.
 
You could have trained and gained experience at any level of firm but you should have set your own strategy and made your own decisions on what to work and how to settle and you will have upwards of 2 years PQE.
