Birmingham – £60,000 - £80,000

This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-value development projects and work with a range of clients, including major developers and institutional investors.

The Role

You’ll manage complex development transactions, including site acquisitions, disposals, and funding arrangements, while providing strategic legal advice on commercial property and development matters. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver integrated solutions and negotiate commercial development agreements.

What We’re Looking For
  • 4–8 years PQE with significant experience in development work.
  • Strong technical knowledge of development transactions, funding, and commercial property.
  • Confident in building client relationships, with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
  • A strategic thinker with commercial awareness and a “can do” attitude.
