My client is a highly regarded firm that is expanding its Clinical Negligence team due to increased instructions from NHSR. The role offers the chance to be part of a team that handles complex, high‑profile matters with significant impact across the healthcare sector.
 
The Role:
 
This position is suited to an Associate solicitor (NQ - 5 years PQE) looking to take the next step in their career, offering increased autonomy and responsibility while continuing to work on high-quality, complex matters.
You will:

• Manage your own clinical negligence caseload
• Assist on and take responsibility for high-value, multi-million-pound cases
• Advise on and assist with regulatory matters
• Represent clients at inquests, regulatory hearings, and judicial reviews
• Work closely with senior colleagues on complex and strategic issues

Salary & Benefits

• £60,000 DOE + bonus
• Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH (Court attendance counts as an office day)
