Clinical Negligence Senior Associate - Birmingham - £75,000 + bonus
 
We are instructed by a well-regarded firm that is continuing to grow its healthcare and regulatory litigation practice following a sustained increase in instructions from NHSR. This role also offers exposure to a strong pipeline of private work, making it a varied and high-quality opportunity at Senior Associate level.
 
The Role:
 
This is a senior position offering a high degree of autonomy alongside involvement in some of the team's most complex and valuable matters. You will manage your own caseload while also playing a key role on high-value, multi-million-pound files.
 
The work includes:

• Managing NHSR instructions and private litigation matters
• Taking a lead role on complex and high-value cases
• Advising on and assisting with regulatory matters
• Representing clients at inquests, regulatory hearings, and judicial reviews
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate

Salary & Benefits

• £75,000 DOE + bonus
• Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH (Court attendance counts as an office day)
