Armed Forces Serious Injury Solicitor - Birmingham - £60,000DOE + bonus - Hybrid and Flexible working  
 
My client is a national firm, and they are looking to bring in a Solicitor to join their Armed Forces serious injury team in Birmingham.  
 
You will be joining a team that specialises in Armed Forces claims. Many of these claims involve assisting severely injured service personnel with compensation claims (On and Off Duty), Service of Inquiry and Coroners Inquests. 
 
Within this team there will be:  

• No admin, Solicitors are fully supported by paralegals and admin teams allowing you to fully focus on your role and clients  
• A constant stream of new high value work   
• Chargeable hours are flexible depending on your strengths. if you are BD heavy or enjoy training then your chargeable hours will reflect that. Everyone in the department hit their chargeable hours last year  
• Hybrid working, with 2 days in the office a week along with flexible working to start and finish at a time that suits your needs

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-track Serious Injury work either from a Claimant or Defendant perspective. You will not need previous experience managing Armed Forces claims to be considered.
