Our client is a leading purpose-driven law firm with a national reputation for excellence in housing development work. They are now seeking a NQ to 3 PQE Solicitor to join their highly regarded Housing Development team, working with some of the UK’s largest and most respected housing associations.

You will join a close-knit and expert team, working alongside experienced partners and lawyers on a broad range of affordable housing and development matters, including:
- Acquisitions of affordable housing through section 106 agreements
- Land purchases for new-build and regeneration schemes
- Advising on site assembly, funding structures and project delivery
- Supporting Registered Providers on complex and high-profile developments

- Newly Qualified to 3 years PQE
- Interest in property, real estate or housing development law
- Ideally completed a property seat during training (though this is not essential)
- Enthusiastic, client-focused and keen to build long-term relationships
