I am writing to express my appreciation for one of your colleagues. All too often people are ready to complain yet never acknowledge when someone has in fact excelled. I have dealt with a number of Recruitment Consultancies over the last twelve months most of which have been pretty mediocre.  Failure to follow up on approaches made on my behalf let alone keeping me informed has been the norm I am afraid - a distinct lack of interest. I can honestly say that my consultants help has been invaluable and without her I doubt I would have done as well as I have. I just wanted to acknowledge this.
