We're recruiting an Employment Law Paralegal to join a growing in-house team, supporting a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to tribunal litigation, employee relations issues, and day-to-day legal advisory work in a genuinely varied role.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting Employment Tribunal claims and case management.
• Assisting with ACAS Early Conciliation matters.
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and employment-related agreements.
• Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with employment law developments.
• Instructing and liaising with external solicitors and counsel.
• Providing support across a broad range of employee relations and employment law issues.

What we're looking for:

• Legal qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law and Employment Tribunal procedures.
• Previous paralegal, employment law, or employee relations experience would be advantageous.
• Strong drafting, organisation, and communication skills.
