A well-established Texas-based law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years' experience to join its Dallas office. This permanent opportunity offers a salary range of $160,000-$210,000 and focuses on representing developers and investors in commercial real estate transactions. The successful candidate will manage matters throughout the full transaction lifecycle, from acquisition through disposition, while developing expertise in deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience handling real estate transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Experience acting for developers and/or investors on the deal side.

• Leasing experience is advantageous.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practise in Texas, or eligible and willing to obtain admission.
• Additional real estate or commercial transactions training/certifications are beneficial.
