An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join a well-regarded and growing law firm in Blackburn.
This position would suit a Conveyancer looking to manage a quality caseload within a supportive team environment, whilst benefiting from genuine career progression and flexibility.
The Role

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold, leasehold, sale, purchase, transfer of equity and remortgage matters.
• Providing clients with clear and practical legal advice throughout the transaction process.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures.
• Delivering an exceptional level of client care at all times.

The Candidate

• Experienced Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor.
• Able to manage a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to case management.
• Ability to work effectively within a busy and collaborative team environment.
