An established and highly regarded regional law firm in Harrogate is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who enjoys quality over quantity and wants to work within a firm where client service and a high standard of work are genuinely valued.

You will manage your own full residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with a varied range of matters and building strong relationships with clients and other professionals throughout the process.

Importantly, this is non-volume conveyancing, giving you the time and support to provide a high-quality, personal service rather than working against an unmanageable caseload.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• Handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions
• Providing clear and proactive advice to clients throughout the transaction
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
• Progressing matters efficiently and proactively towards exchange and completion
• Ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and in accordance with relevant procedures and regulations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working collaboratively as part of an established and supportive team

We are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer who:

• Has a strong background in residential property/conveyancing
• Is confident managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion
• Has excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Takes pride in delivering a high level of client service
• Is commercially aware and able to work independently
• Has excellent communication and attention to detail
• Enjoys working as part of a friendly, collaborative team

Whether you are a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or experienced conveyancer, your experience and ability to manage a residential caseload independently will be valued.
