A Care Paralegal is required for a fantastic opportunity with a highly regarded law firm in Leamington Spa. Applications are invited from Childcare Paralegals or Graduates looking to build a career as a Care Paralegal. Salary is upwards of £25K with benefits.
An established law firm my client has an excellent reputation earned by delivering a quality legal service to individuals.
Working with a small friendly team the successful Care Paralegal will be responsible for preparing court bundles, first draft statements, sitting behind counsel, attending social work conferences and running the legal aid certificates including applying, amending, discharging and claiming.
