A well-established and growing law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEx to join its award-winning conveyancing team.
 
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of residential property matters while delivering a high standard of client care. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach are essential.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a supportive team where there is genuine scope for long-term career development and progression. The role is initially office-based before moving to a hybrid arrangement following successful completion of probation.
 
The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEx, although part-qualified candidates will also be considered.
• Strong residential conveyancing experience and technical knowledge.
• Experience managing a caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach.
• The ability to support colleagues and take responsibility for their own files and workload.
