The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied criminal law caseload and advising clients on a broad range of criminal matters, including:
• Police station representation
• Magistrates' Court advocacy
• Crown Court matters
• Serious and complex criminal cases
• Client care and case strategy
• Legal aid matters
• Business development and relationship management
The Ideal Candidate
• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Criminal Defence
• Police Station Accreditation desirable
• Duty Solicitor status advantageous but not essential
• Strong advocacy and client care skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
