Family Solicitor - 3+ PQE | Private Family
Location: Coventry
Salary: £45k - £55K + lucrative bonus scheme
 
We are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Family Lawyer to join their team.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong background in privately funded family work, who is looking to join a progressive firm offering quality work, excellent benefits and genuine opportunities for career development.
 
The Role
 
The successful candidate will manage a complex, solely privately funded caseload, advising clients across a broad range of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial matters
• Cohabitation disputes
• Children Act matters
• Family disputes
• Court representation

You will work closely with clients throughout their matters, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong professional relationships. A strong client-focused approach, together with a proven and consistent billing history, will be essential for this position.
 
About You
 
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE who has:

• Strong experience handling privately funded family matters
• Excellent technical knowledge of family law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong focus on client care
• High standards and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• Experience representing clients at Court
