The caseload on offer would suit someone with a minimum 2 years PQE right up to senior experience to join a friendly, supportive and forward-thinking team in the Wolverhampton area.

You will have the opportunity to manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to completion, working directly with clients and handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Re-mortgages
• Right to Buy matters
• Transfers of equity
• New-build transactions
