Our client is seeking an experienced Costs Draftsman to join their team on a permanent basis. - Proven experience as a Costs Draftsman, with a strong track record of producing accurate cost documentation
- Proficiency in relevant drafting software and tools used in costs preparation
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into clear, detailed cost schedules
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverables
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
- Relevant qualification in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related discipline
- Professional membership or accreditation with a recognised body such as RICS or equivalent
- Experience working within a professional services or construction environment
