An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious 1–3 PQE Family Solicitor to join the growing London Family team of a highly regarded law firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for a family lawyer looking to take the next step in their career, with the chance to run their own caseload, work closely with the Partner and Head of the London Family team, and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Role You will advise on a broad range of private family matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Private children proceedings
• Cohabitation disputes
• Family Law Act proceedings

Experience in international family law, particularly relocation and child abduction matters, would be advantageous but is not essential.

Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, business development will be an important part of the role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build their profile within the family law market, develop their client base and play a meaningful role in shaping the future growth of the London team.
